At Agio, our goal is to provide unforgettable, quality services and treatments in a serene and relaxing environment. Our highly trained and licensed staff are always available to answer questions and make your time with us perfect. If there is anything we can do to enhance your visit, please let us know.
Please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to the start of your appointment. This will give you plenty of time to fill in any new client paperwork, get changed into your robe and slippers, and relax in our waiting room before we start your services. We will accommodate late arrivals to the best of our ability, but may have to condense your services.
We do require a signed New Client form before we can perform any services. We ask for contact information, allergies, and any special requests. Your information is always confidential, and your privacy is as important to us as it is to you.
Gratuities are always at our guests discretion, and are very much appreciated. Gratuities may be left securely at the front desk, in the form of cash or check, or given directly to your service provider.
To ensure the most relaxing experience for everyone, please leave your cell phone on silent and keep your voice low to maintain the serene atmosphere. While we are able to accommodate younger guests for some of our services, please call us to confirm before scheduling. We may ask you to remain in the spa, or treatment room, while your child under 18 is receiving services. If your child is not receiving a service, we ask that they not come with you to the spa.
Please let your service provider know if you have experienced any changes in your health since your last visit with us, including pregnancy, new allergies, and medication changes. We are able to adapt almost all of our services to accommodate health concerns, but may have to change your service if it is contraindicated.
By scheduling an appointment at Agio, you agree to abide by our cancellation policy. We require a 24 hour notice to cancel a single appointment, 48 hours for multiple appointments, or a 50% cancellation fee may be charged.
